Then you must be the right talent to join our team as a Marketing Executive (6-Month Temporary), SEAO!
Reporting to the Marketing, Communications & Client Director, the Marketing Executive will support regional marketing execution across visual merchandising, media & reporting, and administrative support & coordination. You will work closely with cross functional teams and external partners to support timely execution and alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising Support (SEAO)
- Execution & Compliance: Implement HQ guide on seasonal and evergreen VM animations across In-Boutique (IB), External Boutique/Retail (EB), and partner retail networks.
- Product Zoning Refresh: Work closely with the Commercial team to gather inputs for product zoning and refresh product zoning during non-activation periods (1–2 times per year).Local Animations & Themes: Support and execute VM animations and product zoning tailored for local festive occasions and in-boutique themes.
- Audit & Quality Control: Consolidate VM photo audits across IB, EB, and partner retail channels to ensure regional visual alignment with brand standards.
- Off-Site & Event Support: Assist lead team members on off-site event VM setup to elevate product presentation and uphold brand equity.
Media & Reporting Support
- Asset Management: Coordinate with creative and media agencies for local media asset adaptations and timely submission to media partners.
- Performance Reporting: Extract and consolidate data for monthly reporting cycles, including media performance reports, PR reports, and activation reports.
Administrative Support & Coordination
- Procurement Operations: Coordinate with procurement and purchasing team on new vendor creation, Purchase Order (PO) creation, Goods Receipt (GR) processing.
- Activation & Event Logistics: Assist with in-boutique activation and event logistics coordination across SEAO markets, including vendor sourcing, procurement, and multi-market shipping.
- Event inventory & Cross-Charging Management: Manage the cross-charging / charge-out processes for all event-related inventory and materials (including Visual Merchandising assets, prop displays, CRM gifts, and brand paper bags/packaging) to relevant markets, accounts, or event budgets.
- Consignment Management: Manage all consignment requests, documentation, and administrative paperwork for media shoots, PR requests, and brand events.
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience as marketing coordinator, marketing event executive (Luxury, Fashion, Beauty, or Retail sector preferred)
- Basic excel proficiency
- Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus
- High attention to detail and structured organizational ability
- Strong multi-tasking skills and comfortable liaising across cross-functional teams
- Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred (6-month commitment).
