Supervisor – Product Assessment & QC (Second Shift)

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for leading the Product Assessment, Quality Control and Reception activities in the Client Care Services facility. He/She will proactively foster the achievement of Department KPIs, as well as assist the Manager to coach, motivate, develop and train the team to ensure the successful execution of daily operations, ensuring the highest level of client experience and support delivered to clients and Retail. The Supervisor is responsible for further developing loyalty of the client through the optimization of our care services. He/She will support the Digital and Retail network by the assessment and quality control of finished goods inventory. The Supervisor will be a role model to the team, representing the Brand values, demonstrating the Louis Vuitton attitudes and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
