We are looking for a Digital Media Project Manager (m/w/d)

YOUR MISSION
As part of the Media team, you will be responsible for implementing the digital media strategy for Germany, ensuring quality media plans that deliver strong ROI against agreed targets and budgets.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all digital paid media activities (e.g., Display, Social, OTT, CTV, Audio) – from strategy and production to go-live and performance reporting
- Steer and challenge the media agency to deliver quality media plans in compliance with communication guidelines, campaign rules, and budget requirements
- Supervise the creative agency to ensure timely production of digital assets according to brand standards, including proof-reading and optimizing local translations
- Monitor, track, and continuously optimize campaign performance across all digital channels
- Manage direct relationships with key media partners (e.g., Google, META, TikTok, Teads, Mobkoi) and publishing houses (e.g., Condé Nast, ADA, Burda) to identify new trends and evaluate their relevance for Cartier campaigns
- Monitor competitor positioning and activities and benchmark against Cartier
- Own the digital media budget, including invoice accounting, monthly cost controls, and fiscal year closure
- Act as key liaison with Cartier HQ Media Team and the European Media Hub, as well as cross-departmental point of contact providing digital summaries and reportings to management
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within a media, communications, or marketing environment
- Solid experience in digital media and communications, with strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, formats, and KPIs (Display, Social, Programmatic, CTV, Audio)
- Proven experience in managing external agencies and media partners, with the ability to challenge, guide, and hold stakeholders accountable
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable optimizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact across departments and with international headquarters
- Fluency in German and English is required (written and spoken)
