The Regional Retail Learning Manager will plan, implement and manage a structured training and development program for Louis Vuitton's Southwest Region, meeting the needs of the business and team development. Through follow up and coaching you will ensure Store and Team Managers' leadership skills are developed, and store associates are trained on needed skills to successfully attain service excellence through an elevated customer experience.
This role will be based in Dallas and reports to the Senior Regional Retail Learning Manager.
