• 5–7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, visual production, event production, retail design, or a related field; luxury retail experience preferred. • Demonstrated experience managing complex production projects, vendors, budgets, logistics, and installation timelines. • Strong knowledge of fabrication, materials, finishes, technical drawings, and production specifications. • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and fluctuating deadlines. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for budgets and recaps • Resourceful, collaborative, creative, and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach to execution. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work occasional evenings and weekends based on project needs. • Ability to move and handle props and materials up to 35 lbs.
