Job Summary:1. Support the Head and the Manager, Group Financial Controls team in achieving and maintaining end to end delivery of the annual SOX compliance predominantly for Finance / Business process controls.
2. Support the Head and the Manager of Group Financial Controls to fulfil SOX requirements per the Group methodology.
3. Key task is to monitor delivery of audit evidence and perform assurance testing over financial controls, reporting outcome and where applicable, any gaps identified at local units.
4. This role is required to work closely with external auditor and business stakeholders.
5. Provide recommendations and best practices where applicable.
6. Support manager in preparation of any Local unit meeting requirement and Group reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and complete SOX 404 compliance testing
- Lead resolution of SOX 404 control issues
- Support effective relationships with external auditors and key stakeholders of SOX 404 compliance
