• own the product strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the Banker Portal within the BP Admin agile pod
• understand the needs of Capital Markets and Advisory, represent their priorities within the pod and manage the backlog to achieve business goals
• deliver impactful Banker Portal solutions while maintaining product quality and compliance with risk and security policies
• identify and address impediments, align across pods and with crew leads, and represent the pod with internal stakeholders and clients
• motivate and support pod members, contributing to their growth and well-being
• define the competencies needed within the pod in collaboration with crew and chapter leads, and provide regular feedback to support high performance

Our agile operating model brings together crews aligned to products and services that meet client needs, with each crew comprising multiple autonomous pods.You’ll join the Global Banking team in New York, working in an agile environment to deliver solutions for both simple and complex needs across Coverage and Advisory.
Your skills and experience
• experience working in agile environments, with a strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership, including experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum team• experience delivering complex products to clients, ideally within financial services or investment banking
• ability to set outcome-focused goals using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and help the business achieve them
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial, proactive and agile mindset
• excellent active listening and communication skills, with the ability to build effective networks and partnerships at all levels
• collaborative team player who can engage, motivate and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:• United States - New York - New York min USD 200000 - max USD 275000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
