PRODUCTION STREAM MANAGER
As a key member of the Manufacturing organization, the Production Stream Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing production activities within the assigned manufacturing area, ensuring the achievement of performance targets related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Industrialization, Supply Chain, and Quality teams, the successful candidate will drive operational excellence through effective production planning, KPI management, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership approach and a passion for manufacturing excellence.
