Help our clients to be compliant and on top of their tax needs
As a Manager in our growing corporate tax team, you will be providing Swiss and international tax advisory services to our clients. You will be working on (global) engagements and together with your team provide international organisations with leading services in tax advisory encompassing the full bandwidth of expertise in Swiss tax, international tax (such as key US tax principles, EU directives, etc) as well as Pillar 2. – ultimately enabling our clients to successfully navigate the ever changing Swiss and international tax landscape.
How you can make an impact
- Lead and coordinate Swiss and international tax advisory projects, advising clients across a range of industries on complex tax matters.
- Oversee the delivery of Swiss tax compliance services for large multinational enterprises and support the coordination of their global tax compliance obligations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Deloitte’s international network to deliver coordinated, high-quality solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Strengthen your technical and leadership capabilities through diverse client engagements, structured management training and career development opportunities.
- Lead, coach and develop junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth and promoting a collaborative team culture.
What you bring to succeed
- You hold a Bachelor or Master in relevant field and have completed the Swiss tax expert diploma or similar education (e.g. LLM Swiss and International Taxation)
- You bring at least five to six years of tax advisory experience with international clients and the expertise to navigate complex tax matters with confidence
- You are curious, proactive and motivated to challenge the status quo, understand clients’ broader business needs and deliver practical solutions. You enjoy taking ownership, developing your expertise and helping junior colleagues grow.
- You have an established professional network in Switzerland and a talent for building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities to develop them further.
- You communicate fluently in French and English, making complex matters clear and accessible. Additional language skills are an advantage.
