Join our Workforce Payroll Solutions team as a Manager, where you'll lead Dayforce payroll implementation work and help clients modernise one of the most critical parts of their business.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll lead Dayforce payroll implementations from requirements and solution design through to configuration, testing and go-live. The work is hands-on and delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on making sure each solution reflects the client's payroll obligations, operating model and workforce needs.

A big part of the role is building trusted relationships with clients and keeping projects moving. That means facilitating workshops, translating payroll requirements into practical solutions, providing clear updates, supporting training and helping clients get value from the system they've invested in.

You'll also help guide junior team members, share your expertise and contribute to a strong delivery culture across the team. With a mix of client interaction, project leadership and functional problem-solving, this is a role that offers real variety and the chance to deepen your Dayforce and payroll consulting capability.

About the team

Our Workforce Payroll Solutions team helps organisations improve how they manage payroll and workforce technology, with a strong focus on practical transformation that stands up in complex environments. Within that, the Dayforce practice brings together payroll, HR and technology capability to design and deliver solutions that are fit for purpose, compliant and user-friendly. It's a team known for being collaborative, inclusive and energised by solving real client problems.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• Proven experience delivering payroll solution implementations or supporting complex client payroll environments

• Strong functional knowledge of Dayforce Payroll or similar payroll technology platforms

• Experience gathering, interpreting and translating business requirements into clear functional solutions

• Confidence working directly with clients, facilitating workshops and building trusted stakeholder relationships

• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement when navigating delivery risks or complex payroll scenarios

• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and quality

• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members in a project or consulting environment

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, IT or a related discipline would be advantageous
