Dayforce WFM Manager manager · Consulting

Join our Workforce Payroll Solutions team as a Manager, where you'll lead Dayforce Workforce Management implementation work and help clients improve how they plan, deploy and support their workforce.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll lead Dayforce Workforce Management implementations across requirements, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment. The work is hands-on and delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on shaping solutions across rostering, scheduling and time & attendance that are practical, scalable and aligned to each client's workforce needs.

Success in this role comes from combining functional expertise with strong client engagement. That means running workshops, translating business requirements into clear system design, guiding testing, supporting training and helping clients embed solutions that improve workforce visibility and day-to-day operations.

You'll also play an important role in project leadership by coordinating delivery, managing priorities and supporting junior team members as they build capability. With a mix of stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and implementation work, this is a role that offers real variety and the chance to deepen your Dayforce WFM consulting experience.
