Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in store operations.
- Ability to run schedules and deadlines.
- Minimum intermediate level digital literacy required.
- Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
- Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule: ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
