Thales CPS is looking for a Cybersecurity Sales & Account Manager who can join us in our Sales Department in Barcelona, supporting all Sales activities at East Region Market.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and a consultative sales approach, capable of building trusted relationships with customers, identifying their cybersecurity challenges and translating them into business opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities, developing relationships with new customers and key stakeholders.
- Understand customers' cybersecurity challenges, business priorities and regulatory requirements to identify the most appropriate services and solutions.
- Develop opportunities for recurring and long-term cybersecurity services, increasing customer penetration and account value
- Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal, negotiation and closing.
- Work closely with Pre-sales, Delivery and cybersecurity experts to build competitive and differentiated proposals that address customer needs.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, ensuring appropriate follow-up of opportunities through the CRM.
- Monitor revenue, margin and profitability of accounts and opportunities.
Requirements:
- 10 years of minimum experience, mainly in Sales Cybersecurity Activities and/or IT Account Management.
- Experience in Spain’s East Region market.
