RX K.Fairs는 2028년 2월 중순 오픈 예정인 신규 골프 전시회 PGA Asia의 성공적인 론칭과 성장을 함께 이끌어갈 세일즈 경력직(3–5년차) 을 모집합니다.

본 포지션은 행사 론칭 초기 단계에서 시장 진입 전략 수립과 세일즈 실행을 함께 담당하는 역할입니다. 합류 후에는 소규모 세일즈 팀의 일원으로서 PGA Asia의 상업적 기반을 구축하고, 참가사·스폰서·파트너 발굴을 위한 영업 활동을 전개하게 됩니다. 또한 향후에는 PGA Asia를 넘어 RX Korea의 전시 포트폴리오 전반으로 역할 범위를 확장할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 됩니다.

해당 포지션은 이미 정해진 고객군만 관리하는 역할이 아니라, 초기 사업 단계에서 시장 기회를 탐색하고 세일즈 방향을 구체화해 나가는 과정에 적극적으로 기여할 수 있는 인재를 대상으로 합니다. 골프 산업에 대한 이해와 B2B 세일즈 경험은 물론, RELX/RX의 글로벌 환경 속에서 내부 시스템과 프로세스를 이해하고 다양한 이해관계자와 협업할 수 있는 역량이 중요합니다.

주요 업무

• PGA Asia의 성공적인 론칭을 위한 세일즈 활동 수행
• 초기 시장 진입 단계에서 잠재 고객, 파트너 및 스폰서 기회 발굴
• 팀과 함께 세일즈 전략 및 시장 접근 방향 구체화
• 신규 고객 발굴, 제안, 계약 및 관계 관리 전 과정 수행
• 시장 동향, 경쟁 전시회 및 산업 변화를 바탕으로 영업 기회 도출
• 마케팅, 운영, 재무 및 기타 유관 부서와의 협업을 통한 전시회 성과 제고
• RELX/RX 내부 시스템 및 프로세스를 활용한 세일즈 운영 지원
• 필요 시 글로벌 또는 다국적 이해관계자와의 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 수행
• 중장기적으로 회사 전반의 전시 포트폴리오 세일즈 기회 발굴 및 확장 기여
• 세일즈 실적, Forecast 및 주요 진행 현황에 대한 내부 보고

자격 요건

• 세일즈, 사업개발, 전시회 영업 또는 유관 상업 조직에서 3–5년의 경력을 보유하신 분
• 골프 산업 또는 관련 산업에 대한 이해를 보유하신 분
• 신규 고객 발굴부터 제안, 계약, 사후 관리까지 아우르는 B2B 세일즈 경험을 보유하신 분
• 불확실성이 있는 초기 사업 환경에서도 주도적으로 기회를 찾고 실행할 수 있는 분
• 전략 수립과 실행을 분리하지 않고 함께 움직일 수 있는 상업적 사고를 갖추신 분
• 다양한 내·외부 이해관계자와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유하신 분
• 변화하는 우선순위 속에서 복수의 과제를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 분
• 한국어 커뮤니케이션이 원활하신 분
• 영어로 기본적인 업무 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분

About the Role

RX K.Fairs is seeking an experienced Sales Executive (3-5 years of experience) to play a key role in the successful launch and growth of PGA Asia, a new golf exhibition scheduled to debut in mid-

February 2028.

This position offers a unique opportunity to join the event during its launch phase and contribute to both the development of market entry strategies and the execution of sales initiatives. As part of a small sales team, the successful candidate will help establish the commercial foundation of PGA Asia by identifying and engaging exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners.

Beyond PGA Asia, this role offers the potential to expand into sales opportunities across RX Korea's broader exhibition portfolio.

This is not a position focused solely on managing existing accounts. We are looking for someone who can actively explore new market opportunities, help shape the sales direction for a new event, and contribute to building a successful business from the ground up. A strong understanding of the golf industry, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively within RELX/RX's global environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities to support the successful launch and growth of PGA Asia.
• Identify potential exhibitors, partners, sponsors, and new business opportunities during the market entry phase.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales strategies and market approaches.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and account management.
• Identify commercial opportunities through analysis of industry trends, competitor events, and market developments.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to maximize event performance.
• Support sales operations through the effective use of RELX/RX systems and processes.
• Communicate and collaborate with global and multinational stakeholders when required.
• Contribute to identifying and expanding sales opportunities across the broader RX K.Fairs portfolio over time.
• Prepare and report sales performance, forecasts, and key business updates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, exhibition sales, or a related commercial environment.
• Understanding of the golf industry or closely related sectors.
• Proven B2B sales experience covering the full sales cycle, from lead generation through proposal, contract negotiation, and account management.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities and execute in an early-stage or evolving business environment.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a structured and organized manner.
• Fluent Korean communication skills.
• Ability to conduct basic business communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established networks within the golf, sports, lifestyle, or adjacent industries.
• Experience in exhibition, event, media, sponsorship, or partnership sales.
• Experience launching new events, businesses, or commercial projects.
• Experience working within multinational companies or matrix organizations.
• Familiarity with global business processes and systems, or the ability to adapt quickly to such environments.
• Ambition to grow from industry specialization into broader portfolio sales responsibilities.
