Release and Environment Manager

Deloitte · Brisbane, QLD, AU · Australia

Release and Environment Manager manager · Technology / Software Development

Job Requisition ID: 42051

Step into a Manager role in Brisbane where you'll help clients deliver stable, well-governed technology releases that keep major programs moving with confidence.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll lead release planning across programs and projects, bringing structure to milestones, dependencies, approvals, risks and implementation activity. Working across delivery teams, Test Managers and technology stakeholders, you'll keep releases coordinated, controlled and aligned to quality gates and readiness criteria.

A big part of the role is making sure environments are available, fit for purpose and ready when teams need them. That includes coordinating provisioning, access, test data, integrations, refreshes and demand across multiple environments, while resolving conflicts and keeping a clear view of what could impact delivery.

Just as importantly, you'll be the person who brings clarity to complex delivery landscapes. From governance forums and readiness reporting through to cutover, rollback and post-release validation, you'll help clients make informed decisions and navigate change with less risk and more confidence.
