Summary
Internship Dates: May–July 2027
Start Date: May 10 or May 17, 2027 (no exceptions)
End Date: July 30, 2027
This role provides basic administrative support for a variety of assignments and projects. Interns can gain practical work experience through hands-on assignments, structured training and mentorship. Also, interns collaborate in a team environment.
Location
Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the office and must be based in one of the following offices: Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Philadelphia.
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative duties to include creating and editing documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and analyzing basic data.
- Prepares basic correspondence. Accesses document management system to update and/or create new documents as needed.
- Attends and participates in meetings to gain an understanding of department objectives and recent activities.
- Assists on special projects and assignments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Competencies Solid skills in Microsoft office to include Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- High School or GED
Preferred Education
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program or be no more than 12 months post-graduation from an accredited education degree program.
Years of Experience
- To qualify for the internship, candidate must have an interest in gaining practical work experience. Some previous office or internship experience preferred.

Physical Demands Sedentary work: This is primarily sedentary work, requiring occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. The role involves sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking and standing, and occasional travel, both domestic and international.

Pay Transparency
The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws.
The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors, including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
