We welcome candidates with 7+ years of merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred. Experience with ready-to-wear, accessories, and window installations is important, while experience in store planning would be an advantage.
Successful candidates will bring strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within deadlines. They will be collaborative and demonstrate ownership, curiosity, agility, empathy, and a genuine interest in fashion, art, and the Louis Vuitton brand. A strong commercial mindset and an eye for style are essential.

The appointed candidate will be offered a base salary within the range of USD $125,000 - $130,000, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan. In store presence will be required as needed.
