Are you a dynamic, highly trustworthy executive assistant ready to partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced sales and trading environment? We are looking for an experienced professional to support the senior management team within our Global Products & Solutions (GPS) unit.In this role, you will serve as a vital partner to revenue-generating leaders, providing the strategic and administrative support necessary to drive their success. We are seeking a true team player who works effectively across stakeholders and contributes positively to the broader team environment. Equally, you must bring the confidence, experience, and judgment to operate independently, take ownership, anticipate needs, and proactively drive topics forward.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
- Provide administrative assistance, manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and travel and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Act as first point of contact for internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization and external clients / partners
- Organize internal and external meetings including telephone and video conferencing with many stakeholders
- Research, support and manage smaller projects and prepare of content for miscellaneous topics
- Plan and manage business trips including travel planning such as flights, hotels, transfers and expense reports

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Relevant higher educational and professional background
- Proficient user in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
