Support credit rating analysis for corporate and infrastructure issuers, with a particular focus on German-speaking markets

About the Team

The Corporate Finance and Infrastructure Groups at Moody’s Ratings provide independent credit analysis and research on corporate and infrastructure issuers across a broad range of industries and markets. The groups evaluate creditworthiness through detailed financial analysis, industry research, issuer engagement, and the application of Moody’s rating methodologies.

As a Ratings Associate, you will work closely with experienced Credit Rating Analysts and colleagues across a global network, with a particular focus on issuers operating in German-speaking markets. You will contribute to key stages of the credit rating process, including financial analysis, rating committee preparation, portfolio monitoring, and research publication.

The groups use digital capabilities, data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence-enabled tools to enhance analytical processes while maintaining rigorous standards for quality, integrity, governance, and responsible technology use. The role provides hands-on experience of global capital markets and opportunities to develop expertise in corporate credit, infrastructure finance, sustainability, cyber risk, private credit, and other emerging credit considerations.
