Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment
- Ensures every major initiative has a clear linkage to KB Group strategy and Strategic priorities.
- Drives consistency between priorities, investment decisions, and execution plans.
Value Realization
- Establishes clear value hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Tracks realization of customer, financial, efficiency, and risk outcomes.
Portfolio Prioritization
- Creates a transparent process for prioritizing investments and delivery capacity.
- Facilitates trade-off decisions across domains and tribes.
Executive Decision Support
- Provides management with fact-based insights on delivery health, value realization, dependencies, and risks.
- Recommends reallocation, acceleration, or termination of initiatives where appropriate.
Cross-Domain Delivery Enablement
- Coordinates delivery of strategic objectives that span multiple business and technology domains.
- Ensures accountability remains with business owners while improving execution effectiveness.
