We’re looking for a Director, Global Banking to:
• Assist in the origination and execution of capital markets and M&A transactions for domestic and foreign private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
• Provide support and guidance to major workstreams of capital markets and M&A transactions including diligence, the development of financial projections and analyses, and all client deliverables.
• Provide critical support and input in the negotiation of transactions as required. Evaluate risk by using relevant information to make sound and balanced judgements. Collaborate with colleagues across the globe to provide clients with seamless transaction execution.
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Your skills and experience
Education & Experience Requirement:• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, or related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as an Associate, Analyst, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• (1) Building financial models; (2) quantitative capital structure (3) private equity landscape, including fund structures, investment strategies and deal terms; (4) capital markets; (5) originating and executing M&A transactions; (6) working with corporate and private equity clients; (7) producing financing views for leveraged buyouts, refinancing, dividend recapitalizations and IPOs; (8) asset cash flows; (9) performing rating analysis on a multitude of financing structures; (10) financial statement analysis

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:• United States - New York - New York min USD 275000 - max USD 325000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
