Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid experience in cloud operations and infrastructure support, ideally across a regional or multi-country Asia scope.
Strong knowledge of Azure and/or GCP operations, including monitoring, incident management, and operational support.
Good understanding of infrastructure operations, including Windows Server lifecycle, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, identity services, and platform health management.
Experience managing cloud managed-service providers and acting as an operational escalation point across internal and external teams.
Good understanding of landing zone support, middleware operations, and cloud service governance.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to operate effectively across regional teams, central teams, and external providers.
Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable operating in a multicultural, matrixed, and fast-paced regional environment.
