- You are talented in craftsmanship.
- You have a High School diploma or equivalent education.
- You have a Mechanical background using hand and power tools (preferred)
- You have already worked within repairs related field/industry product (luggage)

- Proactive in how you approach clientele, build long-term relationships and approach each situation with a collaborative spirit.
- Enthusiastic about retail/client care services and delivering memorable experiences for our clientele.
- Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand and history. A team player at RIMOWA is diplomatic, embodies our values, collaborates with their colleagues and is always there to lift the team spirit.
- Fluent in English & German. Additional languages are a plus.
