The first step in your career in Executive Reward is as a Graduate Analyst. Graduate Analysts work with a broad range of clients and industries, participating as members of project teams to diagnose issues and design strategic solutions.

We will rely on you to:

Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to consultants and project teams.
Conduct research and analysis to understand industry- and organisation-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices, and trends.
Analyse clients’ strategic, financial, and organisational information to provide insights that will develop into strategies and solutions for their executives.
Perform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groups.
Collaborate with project teams to determine and execute the most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives.
Prepare client presentations and present to Boards of Directors, senior executives, and HR leaders.

What you need to have:

To be eligible for this position, you must be on track to achieve, or have already achieved, a minimum of a 2:2 in your degree discipline.
The right to work in the UK. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

What makes you stand out:

Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop new skills.
The ability to work in teams and remain flexible when working under tight deadlines and changing client needs.
Superior organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
