You will work in an international environment and collaborate with multiple business functions and you will report to the Advisor in charge of strategic and governance activities.
Your role is to support strategic project development, cross-functional coordination and management reporting activities.

Activities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support stakeholder engagement plans for strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation of governance tools and processes.
- Coordinate One TotalEnergies One Country governance activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between TotalEnergies entities in Malaysia.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on multi-energy topics.
- Contribute to the update of the multi-energy roadmap.
- Prepare presentations for senior management.
- Develop reports and management dashboards.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and action follow-ups.

Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bachelor +5 years) in Business, Economics, Energy, Data Science or related field.
- Initial experience in business analysis, project management or strategy.
- Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization.
- Strong interest in energy transition topics.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- English level C1 required.
- French level B2.
