- 15+ years of proven experience in leather development, research, and tanning within a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Deep knowledge of tanning, finishing, grading, and leather behavior in handbag construction. A strong eye for luxury aesthetics, handfeel, grain, and color nuance.
- Exceptional communication, high cross-functional influence, and the ability to seamlessly translate creative briefs into precise technical specifications.
- Fluency in English and Spanish are a must; knowledge of Italian and/or French is a strong advantage.
