Key responsibilities
Are you passionate about financial markets, curious by nature, and eager to build a career in a fast-paced, client-focused, and analytical environment?We’re looking for an intern to join our Execution & Sales team and:
• support the execution of client orders across different financial asset classes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
• support sales trading activities, including monitoring markets, analyzing client activity, and helping identify relevant trading opportunities
• interact with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient trade execution and high-quality client service
• analyze market and trading data, develop tools and automate processes to support the team’s execution and sales activities
• contribute to the preparation of market insights and trade ideas to support client interactions
The team
You’ll be working in the Execution & Sales team based in São Paulo, Brazil.Our team is responsible for executing financial instruments and supporting sales trading activities for ultra-high-net-worth clients across different asset classes. We combine strong market knowledge, client focus, analytical thinking, and technology to deliver high-quality execution and service. We value attention to detail, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Your skills and experience
• students in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative fields, with graduation in December/27 or later• availability to work on-site in São Paulo
• fluent English (written and spoken)
• programming knowledge and hands-on Python and VBA skills are prerequisites for the role
• strong MS Office aplications proficiency
• genuine interest in financial markets, trading, and client-facing activities
• detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow professionally
• strong sense of organization and ownership
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards and ethical use
