Deine Aufgaben

• Mit innovativen digitalen Produkten und , Funktionen entwickelst Du unser Daily-Banking-Angebot für Geschäftskund*innen kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst dafür, dass wir jederzeit passgenaue Lösungen anbieten.
• Dazu konzipierst, designst, implementierst und testest Du neue Funktionen und Prozesse und verantwortest auch die Governance der zugehörigen IT-Systeme. Das Ganze natürlich immer optimal zugeschnitten auf die Kundenbedürfnisse.
• Wie wir mit unseren Angeboten unsere Kund*innen am besten erreichen, denkst Du direkt mit: Du analysierst Markttrends, Innovationen sowie Kundenwünsche und identifizierst Pain Points und Hindernisse entlang der Customer Journey.
• Mit Deinen Kundenanalysen baust Du Dir ein tiefes Verständnis für Markt, Zielgruppen, Preisgestaltung und End-to-End-Prozesse auf und leitest daraus neue Produktideen und Optimierungspotenziale ab.
• Mit Deinem agilen, interdisziplinären Team (Squad) bringst Du Dich aktiv in alle Sprint Events ein, von der Planung über Reviews bis hin zu Demos. Dabei formulierst Du User Stories und gestaltest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte.
• Apropos Team: Zusammen mit Deinen Kolleg*innen übernimmst Du Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Produktstrategie. Du teilst Dein Wissen aktiv, förderst eine Kultur der Zusammenarbeit, Inklusion, Kundenorientierung, kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Innovation und bist in teamübergreifenden Initiativen und Projekten eine feste Größe.

Dein Profil

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Geschäfts- oder Produktentwicklung oder im Vertrieb innerhalb einer Bank oder eines FinTechs
• Fundierte Kenntnisse klassischer Bankprodukte im KMU- bzw. Mittelstandskundensegment, insbesondere im Bereich Daily Banking
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von KMU-Kund*innen und deren Preissensitivität sowie die Fähigkeit, Produktentwicklungen konsequent aus Kundensicht zu gestalten und digitale Innovationen voranzutreiben
• Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden
• Proaktive, flexible und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Aufbau sowie der Pflege professioneller Netzwerke
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Selbstständigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld verschiedene Stakeholder erfolgreich zu koordinieren
• Innovationsfreude und ein Sinn für nachhaltige Lösungen
• Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch ist von Vorteil

Your Tasks

• With innovative digital products, you take our current account to the next level, ensuring we always have the right solutions in place for our Business Banking customers.
• To achieve this, you design, develop and test new features and payment solutions, which you then roll out, analyse and continuously optimise. Cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance serve as your guiding principles.
• You actively contribute ideas on how best to reach our customers, translate product value propositions into customer journeys, and design the associated payment and transaction processes.
• You work in an agile, cross-functional team, manage bank-wide projects, take ownership of stakeholder management, actively participate in sprints (including planning, reviews and demos), and independently coordinate internal interfaces.
• With your guidelines, work instructions and process documentation, you ensure alignment across stakeholders. You also influence both internal and external audiences through compelling presentations, and as a go-to contact, you ensure that no questions about the applications and systems we use remain unanswered.

Your Profile

• Degree in Economics or similar, a qualification in banking / financial services, or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of traditional SME/Mid-Corporate banking products, particularly in the area of payments  and pricing Strong understanding of technical and operational structures, processes and system architectures within the payments environment
• Practical experience working with IT teams, with the ability to translate internal and external requirements into suitable processes
• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and data
• Committed, collaborative team player
• Strong communication, teamwork and networking skills
• A passion for innovation and a feel for sustainable solutions
• Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
