PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
- Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university for at least 6 months.
- Fluent Spanish and English. Other languages (French or Portuguese) a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Previous experience on recruitment a plus.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Eager learner who can take decisions while also demonstrating initiative.
- Team-oriented attitude with an ability to work collaboratively as well as independently when necessary.
