The Role

The role in question is very specific within the Defence Business Services area. This role requires SC clearance. The role is fully funded through client tasking notes. Funding is in place and agreed by the client and our programme leadership

Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for Oracle HCM implementations aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Produce Solution Design and Secure by Design documentation, technical specifications, and architectural diagrams.
• Provide Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) expertise to guide infrastructure and cloud deployment decisions.
• Work with functional, technical, and business teams to translate requirements into solution designs.

As a means of managing tax, commercial and reputational risks, Deloitte prohibits the use of Associates through Personal Service Companies (‘PSCs’). All Associates must contract under PAYE arrangements through a Deloitte approved ‘Employment Company’ (aka ‘umbrella company.’). All Associates are employed by Employment Companies and assigned to work for Deloitte (as the client). When working for Deloitte, associates are required to comply with certain Deloitte policies. The employment company is responsible for the associates' employment, pay and administrative functions.
