At Cardif Servicios, we are looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented E2E Delivery Manager to lead the rollout of the Digital Backbone project. If you are an expert in IT project management, capable of orchestrating complex implementations at a regional level, and passionate about operational excellence, we want to meet you!
The Challenge: You will be fully responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the strategic Digital Backbone project implementation. Your mission will be to ensure that the scope, integrations, testing, and go-live in the different countries are executed strictly within the agreed deadlines and budgets.
Your main responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Define the delivery plan and quarterly capacity aligned with the Head Office (HO) and Regional roadmap.
• End-to-End Technical Execution: Lead the planning and execution of UAT, data migration (pipelines and ETL), regional/local integrations, and the subsequent decommissioning of legacy systems.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, Head Office policies, and Outsourcing process management, escalating execution risks in a timely manner.
• Operational Leadership: Manage the RACI matrix (sprints, quality controls, releases) and lead the E2E Committee.
• Security: Ensure remediation of security vulnerabilities throughout the entire development cycle.
What are we looking for in you?
• Education: Professional in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Between 8 and 10 years of experience, preferably in the financial sector (Insurance, Banks, or Financial Institutions).
• Technical Knowledge:
• Advanced command of project management methodologies (PMI standards).
• Experience in process reengineering (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement).
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage budgets.
• Solid knowledge in Quality Processes, Transformation, and Innovation.
• Language: Advanced English (Essential for regional coordination and with Headquarters).
