You will work closely with business stakeholders and suppliers, manage tenders, negotiate commercial terms and support procurement activities with a primary focus on our London Branch.

About us
Commerzbank's Procurement Hub in Prague is part of the bank's international procurement organization. Our team supports business units and branch locations with sourcing activities, supplier management and contract negotiations, while ensuring compliance with applicable procurement requirements.
Your tasks
- Manage sourcing activities for services and goods across different procurement categories.
- Run supplier selection processes, RFx events and tenders together with business stakeholders.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and support commercial decision-making.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract negotiations.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, supplier checks and required approvals.
- Support contract administration and maintain complete procurement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable procurement policies and requirements.
- Build productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing or a comparable commercial role.
- Practical experience with tenders, supplier evaluations and negotiations.
- Good understanding of contracts and supplier management.
- Knowledge of DORA requirements and their relevance to supplier and contract management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A structured, reliable and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. German is an advantage.
