Seeking a leader to drive digital production delivery across web, email, and marketing automation, with accountability for quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role manages teams and workflows, oversees project execution, and drives continuous improvement in processes, standards, and operating efficiency.
The team
The work you’ll do
- Lead the development, editing, and maintenance of Deloitte.com web pages and sites to ensure content is timely, effective, and aligned with campaign strategy.
- Own the creation and delivery of personalized email campaigns featuring Deloitte thoughtware, newsletters, webcasts, and events.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for web, social, and email publishing, ensuring compliance with Deloitte guidelines and consistent execution.
- Manage projects end to end across initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
- Lead web production strategy as a channel to maximize campaign impact, including site audits, process documentation, and template testing.
- Oversee marketing automation operations for email campaign management, including forms, landing pages, segmentation, workflows, progressive profiling, and lead scoring.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects remain aligned to scope, quality, and timeline commitments.
- Manage coordination with web developers, agencies, and third parties to deliver custom component integrations successfully.
- Act as a subject matter expert on social and email best practices, advising teams on standards and execution.
- Lead and manage digital specialists, providing direction, feedback, and day-to-day oversight.
- Translate wireframe prototypes into production-ready solutions and identify gaps in the template system.
- Develop training materials and lead team training sessions to improve capability and consistency.
- Own stakeholder expectations, workflow management, and delivery accountability across multiple initiatives.
- Manage team utilization, provide regular status reporting, and surface risks and dependencies to USI and US stakeholders.
- Manage recruitment, performance management, stakeholder management, and training development to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Drive and implement corporate initiatives as needed.
- Communicate directly and candidly to support team development and improve department skills.

Team Management:
The successful candidate will possess
- Lead content management, digital publishing, and marketing automation activities using systems such as Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sprinklr.
- Apply working knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Bootstrap to support publishing and production needs.
- Use Workfront to coordinate collaboration, manage assets, and maintain workflow visibility across projects.
- Leverage SEO, paid media, and social media knowledge to support digital campaign effectiveness.
- Bring a strong understanding of content management approaches and recurring issues across web and social channels.
- Deliver strong writing and communication for internal and client-facing needs.
- Manage competing priorities, deadlines, and client expectations across multiple workstreams.
- Establish and monitor data-driven benchmarks to track performance and improve execution.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Build effective stakeholder relationships and collaborate across in-person and virtual teams.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to support strong user experiences.
- Solve problems proactively, communicate clearly, and maximize available resources.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other publishing platforms.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on client service and responsiveness.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team coordination.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce production time and improve scalability.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of content management and marketing automation experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams and departments.
