Senior Client Account Manager (12 Month Fixed Term) senior · Consulting

Job Requisition ID: 42054

Join Deloitte as a Senior Client Account Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting a priority client account from Sydney or Melbourne and helping the Client Service Team deliver world-class client outcomes.

What will your typical day look like?

Working closely with the Lead Client Service Partner and broader Client Service Team, you'll help turn account strategy into clear action. That means setting governance rhythms, coordinating priorities, driving follow-through and creating the structure that helps a complex account operate with focus and accountability.

A big part of the role is building momentum with senior stakeholders across the client and the firm. You'll support account meetings, leadership engagement, strategic events and communications, while also guiding major pursuits through the sales lifecycle by connecting teams to the right value propositions, support and pipeline activity.

Just as importantly, you'll bring insight and operational rigour to the account. Using forecasting, revenue data, client insights and pipeline reporting, you'll help leaders make better decisions, reduce operational burden and continuously improve how the account team delivers.

About the team

This role sits within Deloitte's Growth business and supports a priority client account as part of the Growth Enablement and Client Service Team environment. You'll work with senior leaders and opportunity teams across the firm to bring together industry insight, growth platforms, relationship assets and firmwide resources in service of the client. It's a highly connected role with real visibility, designed to help the account team stay focused, responsive and client-led.
