Education & Experience • Master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting or a related field. • Previous internship or initial professional experience in finance, controlling, procurement or business operations is preferred. • Previous exposure to a luxury, retail or international environment would be an advantage. Skills & Competencies • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial tracking, reporting and data analysis. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and financial rigor. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up independently. • Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment. • Knowledge of ERP systems and financial management tools is an advantage. • Fluent English is essential; French is an advantage.
