• Demonstrated experience owning test strategy, risk-based regression scope and execution, defect governance, release-readiness assessment, and quality sign-off for production releases.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, object-oriented programming, debugging, code reviews, and engineering practices that support scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Experience integrating automated validation and AI-enabled testing capabilities into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, with good knowledge of Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Experience with test environments, test data management, databases and SQL, service virtualisation or mocking, observability tools, and evidence-based quality reporting.
• Good understanding of performance, security, accessibility, reliability, contract, and risk-based testing, with the ability to incorporate relevant checks into engineering workflows.
