Work You’ll Do
Lead the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector. Lead vendor assessment for content management of Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead the proposal development process and develop pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Leading onshore and offshore teams that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models, utilizing Business Process Model (BPM) and Choice Cascade Framework;
- Leading engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project and Jira;
- Organizing and leading pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities;
- Executing client deliverables per business specifications and agreed timelines, using Business Requirements Document (BRD);
- Utilizing Business Process Framework (eTOM) Process Flows and Capability Maps in leading initiatives to design scalable and technical solutions;
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for developing solutions for client challenges, utilizing MS Office Suite and Google Workspace;
- Developing practical solutions and methodologies, developing "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, and participating in public speaking events; and
- Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations and analysis documents aimed at increasing client engagements using data visualization and project management tools, including Atlassian Software Services.
