Are you ready to lead a global SAP transformation across hundreds of legal entities? Can you build a scalable deployment model across 40+ countries? Do you enjoy bringing business and technology teams together to deliver complex change at scale?We are looking for an Executive Director – Global SAP Deployment & Entity Onboarding to lead the strategy, governance and execution of a multi-year global SAP transformation. You’ll establish a scalable deployment factory that enables consistent, controlled rollouts while meeting local and regulatory requirements.
• define and execute the global SAP deployment strategy, including rollout waves, country sequencing, entity clustering, capacity and critical dependencies
• establish and lead a global deployment factory with standardized methods, templates, tooling and quality gates
• drive delivery across countries and legal entities, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and business readiness
• orchestrate dependencies across SAP S/4HANA Finance, General Ledger, SAP FPSL, master data governance, data platforms, tax, regulatory reporting and procurement
• lead deployment readiness, go/no-go decisions, cutover, stabilization and business acceptance
• drive automation, continuous improvement and consistent execution across deployment waves

You’ll lead a global deployment organisation spanning finance, technology, data, integration, testing, change management, risk and operations. You’ll work with global, regional and country teams, specialist workstreams and strategic systems integration partners to deliver a standardized solution while meeting justified local and regulatory requirements.Your skills and experience
• 20+ years of experience in enterprise technology, finance transformation or large-scale ERP programs, with significant global leadership experience• proven accountability for large-scale, multi-country SAP implementations or rollout programs
• strong SAP S/4HANA Finance knowledge and experience across integrated SAP platforms and enterprise applications
• strong understanding of finance processes, General Ledger, subledger accounting, financial close, consolidation, data migration and financial controls
• experience establishing and operating a deployment factory or repeatable global rollout model
• proven leadership of large, geographically distributed teams and strategic systems integration partners
• strong executive stakeholder management, governance, risk management, commercial oversight and decision-making skills, with experience delivering through complex dependencies and competing priorities
• significant experience in banking, financial services, insurance or another highly regulated financial sector preferred
