Job Role – Production Support Analyst (L3)
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Role Summary
Seeking a Production Support Analyst with strong experience in incident management, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and production support for data and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 production support and ensure SLA adherence.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets, changes, and production deployments.
- Monitor application health and troubleshoot data/reporting issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and database teams.
- Communicate incident updates and maintain operational documentation.
- Support ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Desired Profile
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Good understanding of Snowflake, Power BI, and data platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
Must have Skills:
Production Support, ServiceNow, Power BI, Snowflake, Control-M, SnapLogic, Python
Good to have Skills:
ITIL Certification, AWS Fundamentals, Basic Python, Incident & Problem Management.
