Job responsibilities
Manages routine media operations tasks with minimal supervision.
Identifies and suggests improvements to existing processes.
Provide basic troubleshooting for media-related issues.
Assists in resolving incidents related to tape restoration requests and perform daily operational health checks.
Supports third-party onsite restores and facilitate data transfers to secured legal mailboxes.
Provides guidance to other teams on media-related projects and activities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Up to 6 months of experience in problem-solving and delivering first contact end-user support to help resolve issues in real-time, including hardware, software, and network support
Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn and develop.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while following documented policies and procedures.
