What you’ll be doing
Durante il nostro stage retribuito di 6+6 mesi farai parte di un grande gruppo multinazionale, affinerai le tue abilità, mentre acquisirai informazioni e professionalità nel settore assicurativo. Potrai sviluppare competenze pratiche e teoriche, lavorando a stretto contatto con i professionisti di AXA XL Italia e a livello internazionale, entrando nel mercato assicurativo come: Multinational Client Service Specialist.
Entrerai a far parte del team Operations di AXA XL Italy che ha l’obiettivo di fornire un servizio di alta qualità, dare vita ed attivare la copertura assicurativa su rischi complessi e ti occuperai di:
- Verificare le condizioni di polizza e le infromazioni necessarie ad attivarla, interagendo con soggetti esterni (intermediari assicurativi e clienti assicurati) e interni (assuntori, commerciali e sinistri)
- Monitorare, pianificare ed emettere i documenti contrattuali, coordinandoti con il tuo tutor, con il tuo team e soggetti interni ed esterni alla Società
- Essere il punto di riferimento per i soggetti esterni e interni, oltre ai colleghi all’estero per la gestione dei clienti internazionali
- Gestire e monitorare l’evoluzione delle performance attraverso i dati forniti dai sistemi aziendali, a livello di qualità, velocità ed esigenze del cliente
What you’ll bring
- Sei neolaureato/a in discipline economiche, bancarie o assicurative.
- Hai un buon livello di inglese.
- Sei curioso/a e appassionato/a al mondo assicurativo e dei grandi rischi
- Hai capacità di analisi dati e buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Hai buone capacità organizzative, di gestione delle attività e del tempo
- Sai ascoltare e comunicare in modo efficace, adattandoti ai diversi interlocutori e ai cambiamenti in maniera proattiva.
- Sei motivato a lavorare in team con persone con diverse competenze e culture per raggiungere obiettivi comuni.
