Client Services Analyst
Main responsibilities:
- Support to Clients and Sales Team for daily demands by e-mail and telephone;
- Onboarding, Recertification and Offboarding for Clients and Services Providers (Fund Administrators, Distributors, Consultants, Structurers);
- Adapting internal processes based on the analysis of regulatory legislation and global policy updates.
- Background Check for Credit bond´s issuers, Fund of Funds, Brokers, Marketing, KYCs;
- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of KPIs and regulatory reports, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with current regulations, and strict adherence to delivery deadlines.
Position Requirements:
- Completed higher‑education degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- A genuine passion for client interaction and a focus on continuously improving client experience.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional.
- Knowledge of investment funds.
- Experience in onboarding, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and KYC Process.
- PQO Cadastro.
