Specialist, Rewards and Well-Being
The position supports the administration and compliance activities associated with the Deloitte US Firms Wealth Accumulation (Retirement) programs, consisting of 401(k) savings and profit-sharing defined contribution plans and cash balance defined benefit pension plans. The Specialist will assist with special projects, complex data remediation, process improvement, testing and overall operations support for Deloitte US defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans. This is an India-based hybrid role supporting US stakeholders.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Rewards and Well-Being on the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting special projects across Wealth Accumulation programs, including compliance reviews, data clean-up initiatives, technology changes, automation efforts, and process improvement activities
- Performing participant and plan data reviews, including beneficiary updates, vesting analysis, eligibility review, and leave-related changes
- Supporting retirement benefit processing, reconciliations, quality control, tracking activities, invoices, and benefit payments for pension and defined contribution plans
- Executing user acceptance testing, documenting results, maintaining operational documentation, and updating standard operating procedures, job aids, trackers, and logs
- Analyzing data, resolving participant, vendor, and stakeholder inquiries, and communicating with India- and US-based stakeholders on time-sensitive deliverables

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in US retirement benefits, US defined benefit pension plan administration, US defined contribution 401(k) plan administration, benefits operations, project management, or data analysis
- Experience supporting administration or compliance activities for US retirement plans
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access for analysis, reporting, and documentation
- Written and verbal business English proficiency
- Experience working with confidential or sensitive information
- Experience creating or updating standard operating procedures, job aids, trackers, logs, or other operational documentation
Preferred:
- Experience with retirement administration systems, human resources information systems, or case management platforms
- Experience supporting work subject to Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) or Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requirements
- Experience creating reports, presentations, or project materials for management stakeholders
