What role will you play?
In this role you will lead the design of complex digital products from discovery through to delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, business analysts and designers to create intuitive and scalable experiences, using research and user insights to shape design decisions that support both user and business outcomes.What you offer
- 5+ years’ of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, ideally within financial services, risk, compliance or internal platforms.
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end product design, including user research, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing and visual design.
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with a range of business and technology stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals and technical requirements.
