Job Description:

The Colleague Tools & Enablement team is part of North American Marketing Strategic Operations and Enablement. The team supports a portfolio of business applications that enable Marketing teams and partners to plan, manage, deliver, and govern their work more effectively across Canada and the U.S.


Our portfolio includes Adobe Workfront, Quickbase, AEM Assets, and other applications supporting workflow management, business processes, compliance, reporting, and asset governance. We work closely with Marketing colleagues, technology teams, process owners, risk and control partners, vendors, and external agencies to provide day-to-day application support while continuing to improve and evolve the platforms we manage.


The Marketing Operations, Business Application Specialist will provide dedicated support for Adobe Workfront and Quickbase, two key platforms used to support Marketing workflows and business operations. The role combines hands-on operational support with business analysis, application enhancements, training, change management, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will help ensure users receive timely support, application changes are clearly defined and tested, and the platforms continue to evolve in line with business needs.


As the business lead and functional business expert, the Business Application Specialist, manages a diverse portfolio of business application management activities. Acts as a business lead and functional business specialist; provides input and executes on strategies, roadmaps, forecasts and manages relationships with technology, business consumers.
