Activities
- Develop and deploy the strategy for one or more Purchasing categories at site or division level
- Consolidate global requirements and optimize negotiations within the assigned scope to secure the best commercial and financial conditions
- Establish and manage a preferred supplier panel and maintain relationships with key partners in line with the defined Purchasing strategy
- Negotiate and implement framework agreements by identifying productivity opportunities and supporting their deployment across sites
- Operate in accordance with the Group procedures (Purchasing processes, ethics, anti-corruption policies) and leverage expertise in negotiation, legal matters, technical analysis, data analysis, and project management
- Ensure the QCDIS performance of assigned suppliers
