• 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI (DAX, semantic models, dashboard development and performance optimization) • Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting design, and KPI logic • Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to independently manage analytics projects end-to-end, from problem definition to business adoption in a fast-moving environment Preferred • Retail or Luxury industry knowledge/experience is a big plus • Experience working in Global organizations • ETL processes / data pipelines (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks) • Microsoft Azure data platform • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience
