Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in finance, consulting, audit, controlling, process improvement or digital transformation projects.
Interest in finance processes, corporate governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
Good ability to analyze processes, gather requirements, and formalize procedures, workflows and operational documentation.
Basic knowledge of SAP and/or structured ERP systems; knowledge of HFM is considered an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI for creating reports, dashboards and data analyses is desirable.
Strong Interest in and familiarity with artificial intelligence applied to use cases, agent creation automation, data analysis and reporting
Good command of written and spoken English.
