Sales & Business Development Specialist

Join our international Sales & Business Development Team as a Sales & Business Development Manager based in Warsaw. While located in Poland, your primary focus will be the Swiss market, where you will work directly with fintechs, software providers, financial institutions and other ecosystem participants to drive business growth across our Open Banking, Billing and Cash solutions.
With a particular focus on bLink, Switzerland's leading Open Banking platform, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage sales activities from lead generation to contract signing, and contribute to the continued growth of the platform.
As the first Sales & Business Development team member based in Poland, you will work closely with colleagues in Zurich and collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Operations and Marketing to support clients and partners throughout the Swiss Open Banking ecosystem.
In Warsaw, you will work closely with our established bLink Operations team as well as our Banking Services Sales Support team, creating strong connections between commercial activities, client onboarding and operational delivery. Regular visits to Zurich will provide opportunities to connect with colleagues, participate in team events and strengthen collaboration across locations.
What You Will Do
- engage with Swiss fintechs, software providers and ecosystem partners to identify business opportunities and support the growth of Switzerland's leading Open Banking platform, bLink.
- support the bLink Sales Team in identifying, qualifying and progressing opportunities while maintaining a healthy and transparent sales pipeline across the Swiss market.
- conduct sales meetings, product presentations and commercial discussions with prospects and clients across the Swiss market, primarily through virtual meetings and digital channels.
- coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries, business opportunities and onboarding activities in close collaboration with colleagues in Zurich and Warsaw.
- prepare client presentations, market analyses, sales reports and business development materials, while ensuring accurate CRM maintenance and pipeline reporting.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, account management or a related commercial role within financial services, fintech or technology.
- Strong interest in Open Banking, APIs, digital financial services and platform-based business models; previous experience in these areas is a plus.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships, coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive opportunities in a structured and proactive manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high degree of ownership, independence and self-organization.
- Strong customer and market orientation, analytical thinking and the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a strong advantage.
