Your work profile
• Support and deliver strategy, operating model, and business transformation engagements across industries.
• Drive business process design and reengineering initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
• Assist clients in strategy implementation, operating model redesign, and transformation roadmap execution.
• Support workstreams across sales transformation, supply chain transformation, process automation, analytics, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables, conduct analyses, facilitate workshops, and support stakeholder discussions.
• Manage project teams, coordinate with client stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engagements.
Key skills required
• MBA/CA/Engineer with 7-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles.
• Experience working in a consulting environment (Big 4 or non-Big 4 consulting firms).
• MBA from a Tier-2 IIM or other reputed Tier-2 B-school is an added advantage; Consumer Products, Retail, or FMCG sector experience preferred.
• Strong experience in Business Process Design/Reengineering (mandatory) and at least one additional area such as Operating Model Design, Strategy Implementation, Sales Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation, Analytics, Automation, or Cost Optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to drive workstreams independently.
